Why does my Windows Firewall setting keep turning off every time I re-start my machine? Is this normal? I'm a little suspicious of a hacker "buddy" of mine who was on my machine. He was also downloading a subseven program to screw with me remotely. Just wondering if he messed with my firewall settings or if this is normal. If it's not normal how can I fix it so it's always on?
